At Burcham Dental Arts, we are pleased to have a team full of caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated dental professionals. Each member of our team enjoys what they do, and we look forward to using our developed skills and training to care for you and your family! Our dental hygienists and assistants will help our dentists to keep your smile healthy and beautiful, while our front office staff will ensure that every other aspect of your dental care runs smoothly. Administrative Staff
gERALDINE- ADMINISTRATIVE cONSULT
Geraldine has been with Burcham Dental Arts since 2003. As retiring office manager, she has over thirty years’ experience in dental administration. Geraldine retired in 2020 and is greatly missed in the office but still helps out working remotely from home. Geraldine is a lifetime resident of Piggott, Arkansas, and a 1976 graduate of Piggott High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Dale Crawford. They have two daughters: Mistie, who found her passion in teaching kindergarten, and Elizabeth, who followed after her mother in the dental field as a dental hygienist. Geraldine has four grandchildren -two amazing grandsons and two awesome granddaughters. Geraldine enjoys attending any event that involves her “grands”, rescuing old furniture with fresh paint and hanging out with her family. She is an active member of the South Thornton Church of Christ in Piggott.
Ashley-FRONT DESK/ PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
As our patient care coordinator, Ashley has been with our team for over 6 years. Ashley is a very dependable, hardworking and amazing team player. Our patients enjoy seeing her familiar face when they visit our office. She is focused on greeting patients with the utmost respect and friendliness, and she enjoys the excitement of helping patients achieve their aesthetic smile goals. Her favorite part of our practice is our great team and genuine care for our patients. With a great understanding of each of our provided treatments, Ashley is able to help our patients understand their treatment process. Ashley has two beautiful sons – Bryson and Carson. When she isn’t at our office, Ashley enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her fiancé- MC and two boys.
Kelli – OFFICE MANAGER/ INSURANCE COORDINATOR
Kelli has been with our practice since March 2021, and she has over 10 years of experience in the medical and dental field. She attended College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Science and Surgical Technology. She has a passion for dentistry and enjoys helping our patients set up a plan of treatment while ensuring our patients get the most out of their dental insurance. Kelli also helps our practice to run smoothly and efficiently by making sure our team has everything needed to perform successful treatments. While she’s not in the office, Kelli enjoys spending time outside and traveling with her husband, Luke, and their children.

Erica – FRONT DESK/ HYGIENE COORDINATOR
Our hygiene coordinator, Erica, joined our practice in June of 2021 with experience in the dental industry by achieving a certificate in Dental Assisting. Erica enjoys helping people regain their confidence by optimizing their oral health. As hygiene coordinator, Erica helps patients achieve their aesthetic smile goals and maximize dental health by scheduling their appointments and treatments in time frames that simplify their lives. In her spare time, Erica enjoys adventures with her husband Jake, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and three dogs.
Hygienists
Vickie – RDH, BSDH
Vickie has been a registered dental hygienist at Burcham Dental Arts since December 1st, 1989. A 1982 graduate of Caruthersville High School, she attended college at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences (UTCHS) in Memphis, receiving her bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 1986. She has built strong relationships with her patients over the years and loves being part of a practice that treats patients like family. Vickie and her husband, Joel, have 2 wonderful children, Alexandra and Brenton. In her spare time Vickie enjoys traveling, visiting her children, and running her own custom catering business.
Ayana – RDH
Ragan – RDH,BSDH
Ragan joined Burcham Dental Arts as a dental hygienist in August of 2021. Her hometown is Dewitt, Arkansas, where she graduated. She then attended 2 years of undergrad at Arkansas State University, before attending UAMS in Little Rock where she received her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. Ragan loves to aide in educating patients about their dental health while working alongside them to create positive dental experiences. She feels such accomplishment allowing her patients to leave with the confidence of a healthy and beautiful smile. Ragan has established roots in Kennett through her marriage to her husband, Britt. Together, they have a German Shephard named Heckler. In her free time, Ragan enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Dental Assistants
Shea – RDA
Shea has been with Burcham Dental Arts since November of 2017, She has since been a favorite among patients who are a little more anxious than most. Her work is gentle, fast, and precise which helps keep chair-time to a minimum, while helping patients achieve optimum oral health. Shea continually strives to learn the latest in dental technology and advancements. She believes in high quality dentistry and is proud to be part of the Burcham Dental Arts family. When Shea is not in the office, She enjoys time spent with her husband Jeremy Ford and 3 beautiful children.
Carli – DA
Carli joined our Burcham Dental Arts family in June of 2020. She graduated from Holcomb High School and then Three Rivers College with her Associates Degree. Carli has since exploded into the world of Dental Assisting with an open heart and a kind smile. She enjoys working with and educating her patients on proper home care. Carli is especially proud of the one-on-one care Burcham Dental provides. She now calls this office home and hopes to for many years to come. In her spare time, Carli loves to spend time with her friends and family, her favorite place is anywhere in the sun. She says, “The most enjoyable part of being a dental assistant is relieving any pain and anxiety from my patients”.
Melany – CDa
Melany is another one of our newest members on the Burcham Dental Arts family, joining in June of 2022. She graduated from Senath-Hornersville High School and then completed her externship in our office after graduating from Arkansas Northeastern College’s Dental Assisting Program. She has a desire to learn the latest advancements in dental care, and is committed to the best patient dental care. She enjoys working with the team at Burcham Dental who all show an eagerness to make patients feel as comfortable and informed as possible. Her professional chair-side manner is sure to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Melany’s goal is to enhance her skills as an RDA and make positive and lasting impacts on patients through education and affirmation about their smile. When Melany is not busy assisting, you can find her with friends and family.
