Martin “Luke” Fowler, D.M.D. joined our team August 2017
Dr. Martin “Luke” Fowler was born and raised in his hometown of Kennett, Missouri. He is married to Kelli Fowler of Piggott, Arkansas. Luke and Kelli have 4 wonderful children (Allyson, Caden, Natali, Mailei), and a feisty little terrier (Loki). Luke and Kelli share a mutual love for outdoor sports, hunting, fishing, and golfing, especially Duck Hunting!
Luke graduated high school from KHS in 1998. He later graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Minor in Military Science. Dr. Luke also earned his Master’s of Business Degree and Public Health Certificate while attending A.T. Still University-Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Dr. Luke currently serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves with over 16 years of combined military service from the Navy, Missouri Army National Guard, and Active Duty Army.
Dr. Luke is excited to be part of the Burcham Dental Arts team and serve his hometown community!

Geraldine has been with Burcham Dental Arts since 2003. As office manager, she has over twenty-five years’ experience in dental administration, and is always ready to assist patient understanding of treatment options, insurance, or financial arrangements.
Geraldine is a lifetime resident of Piggott, Arkansas, and a 1976 graduate of Piggott High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Dale Crawford. They have two daughters: Mistie, who found her passion in teaching kindergarten, and Elizabeth, who followed after her mother in the dental field and is a dental hygienist. Geraldine has four grandchildren (two amazing grandsons and two awesome granddaughters).
When not working, Geraldine enjoys attending any event that involves her “grands”, as well as photography and hanging out with her family. She is an active member of the South Thornton Church of Christ in Piggott.
Ashley joined Burcham Dental Arts as appointment coordinator June 2016.
Ashley is a 2010 Kennett High School graduate. She has one son Bryson whom is the apple of her eyes. She loves watching Bryson play soccer and baseball. Ashley and Bryson love to visit Lake North Fork when ever time permits.
Landa Ackerman — Insurance Manager
Landa has been with Burcham Dental Arts since March 2012.
She and her husband, Terry, live in Piggott, Arkansas.
Landa loves to spend time with her family, especially her grandson Michael, and has a special love for camping.
Vickie has been a registered dental hygienist at Burcham Dental Arts since December 1st, 1989. A 1982 graduate of Caruthersville High School, she attended college at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences (UTCHS) in Memphis, receiving her bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 1986.
Initially working at a few area offices after earning her degree, Vickie soon came to work with Dr. Burcham, and realized this office was where she could be happy both personally and professionally, and a place she could consider “home”.
Vickie is originally from Caruthersville, Missouri. She and her husband, Joel Carter, have 2 wonderful children, Alexandra and Brenton, both of whom attend Mississippi State University. In her spare time, she enjoys working around her house, fishing with her husband, and visiting her kids in Mississippi.
Holly graduated from Western Kentucky with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Her pursuit of dentistry stemmed from her mother and several years of dental assisting experience, all of which cultivated her passion of this profession. Holly took pride in serving as the president of her dental hygiene class and continues to broaden her knowledge with continuing education in Dentistry. Holly has a strong sense of understanding when it comes to providing a relaxed and enjoyable environment. She takes pride in joining the team at Burcham Dental Arts and it is hard not to find a smile on Holly’s face when she is serving the community of Kennett!
Holly grew up in Franklin, TN. She recently moved to Kennett with her husband and has already settled in and is happy to now call Kennett home. When she’s not in the office, you can find her in the kitchen perfecting her cooking skills or enjoying outdoor adventures with her husband.
Donna has been with Burcham Dental Arts for a total of 17 years, with 38 years of experience in dental assisting. Born and raised in Sikeston, Missouri, she has lived in Kennett for the last 25 years.
She is married to John Mallott, her husband of 39 years. They have two children: Jonathan (also a dentist) and his wife Leslie, who have two children, and Jennifer (a speech pathologist) and her husband Jason, who have four children.
Donna and John are avid scuba divers. They love to travel, and enjoy spending time riding their motorcycle all over the country.
Theresa Cannon has 16 years’ dental assisting experience, with the last 10 being here at Burcham Dental Arts. A Kennett native, she is a 1992 graduate of Kennett High School, and earned her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from TRCC, and her Dental Assisting Degree from Arkansas Northeastern College.
In 2008, she married Judd Cannon, also a Kennett native. They have one son Luke. Theresa enjoys spending time with family, and is a rabid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. She also loves doting on her two schnauzers, Hannah and Lizzy.
Debbie has been a dental assistant for 30 years, the last six of which have been at Burcham Dental Arts. A Piggott, Arkansas resident, she has been married for 40 years to David Harrell, who manages MFA, Inc.
Debbie and David have 2 children, Michael and his wife Amber, and Melissa Williams and her husband Sam, all of Piggott. They are blessed with six wonderful grandchildren, whom she adores.
Debbie loves dentistry, walking, reading, working in her flower gardens, and spending time with her family.
Michelle (Shea) Ford
Shea joined our assisting team October 2017.
Shea has been a resident of Kennett for twenty years. She is married to Jeremy Ford and they have three beautiful children. Shea loves riding the motorcycle with her husband during beautiful summer days and attending her sons’ ballgames.
Shea is just starting out in the world of dentistry and is enjoying learning from all the experienced team members.
